SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Signs Agreement on possible Outsourcing of Parts of its Mastering Activities

Kahl am Main, November 23, 2012 ? SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES (SINGULUS) has reached an agreement (Letter of Intent) with the Dutch VDL Groep, Eindhoven, on a possible outsourcing of parts of its mastering activities.

The agreement was jointly signed on November 22, 2012 and presented to the employees in the Netherlands. The agreement also includes the cooperation for current and future development projects, the continuous support of installed system at customers? sites and new mastering business.

Background VDL Groep
The VDL Groep is an international industrial company focused on the development, production and sale of semi-finished products, buses and coaches and other finished products.
